Exchange & Refund Policy
EXCHANGE POLICY
Pellini Collection will gladly exchange your items following this criteria:
- The purchase date must be no older than 15 days for normal products, and 7 days for sale products.
- The item should be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Items such as gift cards, accessories, and underwear cannot be returned.
- The item must be presented with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, either in store or through our customer support. Once your item is received it will be inspected, in case you are eligible for a refund, we will issue a credit note to be added to your account automatically. You have 1 year from the refund date to use your store credit.
Please note that any damaged items should be reported within 48 hours upon purchase/delivery, any reports extending that time period will unfortunately be rejected.
